Refund Policy

All rent is due on the 1st day of the month. If your unit is occupied on or after the 1st day of the month, full rent is due for that month. If your unit is occupied after that day of the month no refunds will be given for that month.
 
All refunds will be refunded according to signed contract. Only amounts greater than or equal one month’s rental fee will be refunded.

We collect from you only the personal information you voluntarily provide in order to deliver the best possible service. If you choose to process an online payment, scheduled monthly payments (credit/debit card charges), we ask you to provide us with information necessary to process your order including, but not limited to, name, physical address, telephone number, facsimile number, social security number, drivers license, alternate contact, e-mail address, company name, title, credit card number, expiration date, and storage unit number.

We collect your email address so that we can send you information about your transaction and its status. The credit card information that is collected is used strictly for billing purposes.
